PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

I am committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy sets out the basis on which any information (which may include personal data, as defined in data protection law) I collect from you, or that you provide to me, through this website, application or service (the „site“) will be processed by me. And I‘m starting to sweat just writing this.

HOW I COLLECT YOUR DATA

I may collect and process personal data relating to you by you providing such personal data. If you fill out a form or contact me. This also includes, but is not limited to, information provided at the time of registering to use (or become a member of) my site, subscribing to any services (e.g. newsletters) purchasing downloads, posting material or requesting further services.

In addition, I use technology on my website to collect information that helps me to enhance your online experience and measure my audience. No advertisement! I refer to this technology as „cookies“ throughout this policy but this is intended to cover all similar technologies including web beacons, log files, pixel tags, gifs (also described below). These cookies collect intormation on how visitors use my website. For example, which pages visitors go to most often, and if you get error messages from web pages. These cookies ond‘t collect data that indentifies you as a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works.

- Category 3: Functionality Cookies

These cookies remember choices you make such as the country you visit our website from, language or the region you are in. These can then be used to provide you with an experience more appropriate to your selections and to make the visits more tailored and pleasant. The information these cookies collect may be anonymised and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites.

- Category 4: Social Media Cookies

These cookies allow you to share what you’ve been doing on the website on social media such as Pinterest, Facebook and Twitter. These cookies are not within my control. Use of Web Beacons

Some of my webpages may contain electronic images known as web beacons, among other things, that allow me to count users who have visited these pages. The use of Facebook-Plugins

On certain websites social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA) are used. When you visit one of my pages the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Thus, Facebook receives the information that you (your IP address) visited our website. If you click the Facebook “Like” button while logged in to your Facebook account you can link content from my pages to your Facebook profile. This enables Facebook to associate your visit to my pages with your user account. If you do not want Facebook to associate the data concerning your visit to our website with your member data, please log off Facebook before entering our website. THE USE OF TWITTER- PLUGINS

On my websites social plugins provided by the microblogging network Twitter (Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA, 94103 USA) are used. When you visit one of my pages the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Twitter server. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Twitter to your browser and embedded in the Website. Thus, Twitter receives the information that you (your IP address) visited our website even when you do not have a Twitter account or you are not logged in. These Information (including your IP-address) will be forwarded and stored to the USA from your browser to one of the Twitter server.

If you are logged in into your Twitter account, Twitter can associate your visit to our pages with your user account. If you interact with the plugins (click the “twitter” button), the information will be stored and forwarded to a Twitter server. The information will also be published in your Twitter account and will be visible for your contacts.

The use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics tool by Google Inc. (www.google.com). Google Analytics uses cookies to enable analysing the use of the website. The information generated by cookies about your use of this website will be transmitted to and stored on servers in the United States.
